Cedar Night Table without Drawer

Step 1:
Apply glue to the holes on each of the cedar table legs. Fit each peg that is on the table bottom into the corresponding hole in each table leg as shown to the right.

Step 2:
Lay the top of the cedar table on the ground, top face down. Apply glue to the four holes that are in the crossbeams on the underside of the table. Insert the table legs into each of the four holes as shown. Fit the table legs snugly.

Step 3:
Now turn your new table right side up with the legs on the ground. Make sure that the table is stablized and that the top is level and parallel with the ground. If the top isn't level, you can adjust this by slightly varying the depth to which the legs are inserted into the table. To finish the table and strengthen it, nail the joints. Your cedar night table is now complete and ready to be used in a special place in your home!
